In order that you can determine the level of involvement we have in your holiday home we have put together the following services:

Initial consultation – free of charge by telephone or the internet.
Furniture and colours - Choose from classic, cottage, coastal, contemporary or bespoke. Why not leave the selection up to us and just relax? We will provide a detailed action plan on the furniture and fittings you require depending on the standard you wish to achieve and your budget. This will include a detailed list of where to buy so at this stage you can get on with the project yourself.
Design and supply - The action plan plus all your items ordered and delivered, including assembling everything and ecologically disposing of packaging and any unwanted furniture.
Co-ordination of contractors - should your home require decorating, gas servicing certificates and other work we can arrange and manage this for you.
Property search -from coastal to country we can help you find your holiday home.
Setting up your holiday home business - we have put together the information you need to get started. This can include marketing reports on your chosen area including letting values and competition analysis and guidance on choosing an agent, what to look for and the key questions to ask.
Personalised property information and welcome pack - we will research and put together a comprehensive pack for your guests.
Risk assessments - we will carry these out and provide written reports.
Portable appliance testing - we will undertake any necessary testing.
Coordination with Visit Britain and other rating agencies to get your star rating.
House doctor / renewals – in case your holiday home just needs a revamp. Choose exactly the level of service you require. This gives you the flexibility of using Heart of the Parks for as much of your project as you like.
